Maumee is a charming suburb just 10 miles southwest of Toledo. The town’s history stretches back to pre-colonial times, during which the Ottawa populated the Maumee River valley to take advantage of its rich natural resources. To commemorate its past, the town was named an “All-America City” by the National Civic League in 2006.

The town has a total area of 10 square miles, of which 1 square mile is water. Maumee is home to over 14,000 people and is a developed business center. Maumee’s historic business community, along with Arrowhead Business Park, account for over 30,000 jobs in the community.
